Engagement Type: 4-Month Contract-to-Hire

The solution landscape is Salesforce-centered, integrated with vendor platforms and remaining legacy/on-prem components.

Preference for veteran candidates, aligned with agency mission
Must reside in Austin, TX or adjacent city for FTE conversion
Best overall candidate will be selected (veteran status is a plus, not a requirement)

Opportunity Overview

GLO is offering a 4-month contract-to-hire role for a Solution Architect (Level 3 – Applications Architect) to support application modernization initiatives serving Texas veterans. The role is expected to convert to full-time employment based on performance, business needs, and approvals.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications and integrations
3+ years leading solution architecture/design authority for complex programs
Experience designing solutions across:
CRM/SaaS platforms (Salesforce required)
API integrations
Third-party SaaS solutions
Custom and on-prem systems
Strong stakeholder partnership skills—translating business outcomes into:
Technical requirements
Architecture decisions
Delivery plans
Proven ability to guide delivery teams through:
Design reviews
Implementation oversight
Release readiness
