Selby Jennings is partnering with a boutique investment bank working with founder-led technology companies. They operate at the cutting edge of technology and specialize in enterprise capital transactions and middle-market software deals, offering unparalleled exposure to high-growth sectors and hands-on deal execution.

They are looking for an Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting deal execution across technology-driven transactions. This is an opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain deep exposure to investment banking.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of M&A and capital raise transactions in the technology sector.
Build and analyze financial models, valuation analyses, and industry research.
Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
Collaborate closely with senior bankers to manage deal processes end-to-end.

Qualifications:

GPA of 3.5 or higher
Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Strong technical and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Exceptional work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a go-getter attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ties to the West Coast.
Previous Investment Banking Analyst internship experience.
Interest in Technology.
