Title: Product Analyst - Controls and Data Analytics

Location: Columbus, OH

Type: Long term contract

Exp: 10+ Years

Rate: $60/hr

Note: Only GC & USC Candidates

Mandatory Skills:

• Product analysis

• Strong research and technical skills in the data space

• Control items and audit requirements.

• Proficient in Jira, including writing JQL and configuring epics, stories, and tasks.

• Experience in financial technology, focusing on complex financial systems.

Job Description:

• Conduct research and analysis on control items from audit requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business requirements within epics and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Work closely with data and analytics professionals to interpret and analyze data.

• Facilitate data field transfers between source systems.

• Open DSTs with other Lines of Business (LOBs) or internal partners to update control report data.

• Research data-related fields to identify gaps and build epics and stories to address them.

• Utilize Jira skills to write Jira Query Language (JQL), configure epics, stories, and tasks.

• Engage in technical research to support data-driven decision-making.

• Analyze complex business transactions to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.

• Navigate complex financial systems and transactions.

• Experience in product analysis, focusing on control items and audit requirements.

• Strong research and technical skills in the data space.

• Experience in researching complex transactions and building control reports.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to summarize complex information.

• Proficient in Jira, including writing JQL and configuring epics, stories, and tasks.

• Experience in financial technology, focusing on complex financial systems.

• SQL and data analytics experience is a plus.
