Job Title: AI Developer

Location: Sunrise, FL & NYC, NY

Hybrid only W2

Job Description:

We are looking for an AI Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine learning, data processing, and integrating AI models into applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business use cases

Work with structured and unstructured data for model training

Implement algorithms for prediction, classification, and recommendation

Integrate AI models with applications using APIs

Optimize model performance and accuracy

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams

Maintain documentation and follow best coding practices

Required Skills:

Strong programming skills in Python

Experience with Machine Learning and basic Deep Learning concepts

Knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn

Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering

Experience with REST APIs

Good to Have:

Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or LLMs

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of Docker or model deployment tools

SQL / NoSQL database knowledge
