Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an Analyst/Developer – Specialty 3.

The work will be done onsite full-time in Nashville, TN, with an initial hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) transitioning to 5 days onsite starting May 2026. This is a long-term 12-month position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $55.56/hr + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).

Job Summary

Cullerton Group is seeking an experienced Analyst/Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise software applications and integrations. This role focuses on customizing and optimizing systems to improve operational efficiency while supporting business-critical applications. The position works closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, translating requirements into scalable technical solutions. This opportunity is ideal for a developer who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering high-impact software.

Key Responsibilities

• Modify existing software to correct defects, improve performance, or support new environments

• Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess feasibility and design solutions

• Design, develop, and customize software systems using structured analysis and modeling

• Coordinate system installations and monitor performance to ensure specifications are met

• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to define system capabilities and interfaces

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent training

• 5–7 years of professional development experience (internships accepted)

• Strong experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, OmniStudio)

• Experience configuring Salesforce platforms (objects, fields, workflows, integrations)

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification

• Experience with Experience Cloud and enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and DevOps practices

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and middleware tools
