The Role
The Digital Marketing Executive delivers day-to-day digital activity for the brand, bringing campaigns and storytelling to life across social media, email, and website.
You’ll manage the brands organic social, support across wider digital campaigns including email and website – creating content and brand concepts across these platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Key channels: Social Media (Meta, Instagram & Facebook), Email marketing (automation & personalization), Website Management, and Paid Media activity. Pushing the brand and content creation across all.
Social Media
Manage the creation of organic social content across social media platforms
Plan and schedule in line with brand tone and campaign calendar
Support influencer and partnership activations as directed by the Communications Manager
Email & CRM
Work with the Marketing Manager to plan email content (newsletters, product launches, offers)
Work with digital agency to build, schedule, and test marketing emails
Track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and share insights
Website & SEO
Update on-site content (blogs, landing pages, product copy) to support campaigns
Work with agency to manage SEO initiatives through keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content development.
Liaise with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure content is accurate and aligned with website strategy.
Analytics & Insights
Analyse weekly consumer insights to drive site performance, provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Produce monthly social and email performance reports.
Support Marketing teams with campaign results and content insights
What I’m looking for in your CV:
Enthusiasm for sustainability, ethical business missions
Experience in digital marketing, ideally within a ecommerce or consumer brand
Skilled at managing and scheduling social media content
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo)
Ability to analyse data and report on campaign performance
Skilled in graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools (Canva)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of paid and organic digital channels, including social media and search.
Understanding of SEO principles and content best practices.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify).
