Software Engineer

Chester – 2x a week

Up to 42K

We have teamed up with an industry powerhouse who are on the hunt for a software developer to join their team! Developing both greenfield and legacy projects, you’ll be working on the latest tech to develop and upgrade their platforms.

This role is heavily based around building and upgrading their ecommerce site, A/B tests, and some developments go hand in hand with their mobile apps.

What You'll Be Doing:

Design, develop, and enhance features with a multi-disciplinary team.
Build and maintain microservices, campaign tools, and non-transactional sites.
Develop and support Commerce Cloud apps, including bug fixes and new features.
Optimise eCommerce performance and implement improvements.
Run A/B tests and integrate successful changes into production.
Contribute to planning, solution design, and team reviews.

What We Are Looking For:

Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and SCSS.
Experience with frameworks like Node.js and React.js.
Familiarity with Commerce platforms or CMS tools.
Exposure to cloud platforms is desirable (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Salary up to 42K, Hybrid working (2x a week onsite), 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), Partner discounts and much more!
