Senior Data Team Lead

Location: Remote – USA or Canada (EST/CST preferred, open to West Coast on EST hours)

Salary: Up to $150K USD / Up to $145K CAD + 10% Bonus

We are hiring an experienced Senior Data Management leader to oversee large, global clinical trials (often 1,000+ patients) with a world-leading CRO. You will be the primary client contact, lead Data Team Leads, drive process improvements, and ensure delivery excellence from start-up to close-out.

You will:

Lead end-to-end DM services for multi-country studies
Mentor and develop DM teams
Influence strategy, quality, and innovation
Negotiate directly with clients on timelines, budgets, and resources

You have:

15+ years’ Data Management experience
10+ years as an Independent Lead
Proven success on multiple large global studies
Experience training DM staff and leading client negotiations
