Job Specifications

You will support a product-oriented SAP HR landscape within a large, international energy infrastructure context. Working in an Agile/Scrum setup, you will help improve HR-related business processes and applications while supporting both the operation of existing solutions and the implementation of new tools. The environment runs on SAP S/4HANA with a strong Fiori-first and user-experience-driven approach, moving toward a private cloud model.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, model, and improve HR business processes and related applications
Manage new requirements independently and produce clear functional specifications and documentation
Define and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
Support testing, UAT activities, and ensure functional quality of delivered solutions
Provide 2nd-level functional support for HR applications, primarily Fiori-based
Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for functional defects and system issues
Align HR solutions with dependent domains such as Finance, Controlling, and Procurement

What are we looking for?

You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR-related contexts
You bring solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and their cross-functional impact
You have experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios, including UAT support
You are able to bridge business needs and product team execution in an Agile environment
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and take a hands-on approach
You are fluent in English and fluent in Dutch OR French OR German

Nice to Haves

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HR standard modules (e.g. OM, PA)
Experience working with SAP Fiori applications
Knowledge of BPMN and UML for functional modeling
Experience with HR reporting or data analysis to support business decisions
