About The Job

ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?
We currently support EEAS in and we want you to join our team, based in Brussels, as a Business and Requirements Analyst (BRA) to join our team for working with European Institutions based in Brussels in an ON SITE position.
Seidor in partnership with other Commission services and stakeholders, provides high quality corporate solutions/information systems for the European External Action Service (EEAS) is the European Union’s diplomatic service.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
Gather business requierements
Interview business to asses needs and derive features from them
Develop use cases and review them with business
Provide input for data modelling
Assist testers with elaborating test cases
Provide meaningful inputs for developers
Liase with software provider for handling business requests
Train business for use of the new software implemented

Requirements
Who we think you are:
Level Of Education
EQF Level 6 equivalent to a Bachelor's degree or similar postgraduate qualification or 5 years of higher education.
Knowledge and competences
At least 11-15 years of experience in the following skills and knowledge are required to perform the tasks listed above:
UML, BPMN
Business analysis and business processes modelling
Data analysis and data modelling.
Information Systems matters and technical knowledge on the projects aspects
Large organization administrative business processes
Knowledge of software development methodologies
Agile frameworks/methodologies
Agile business analysis
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to give high-level presentations
