Position: Elite Product/Project Manager – AI Research

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $85–$120/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Flexible

Role Responsibilities

Lead evaluation, comparison, and optimization of next-generation AI code agents
Manage high-impact research sprints in collaboration with leading AI labs
Translate technical findings into structured execution plans and recommendations
Partner with engineers and researchers to assess AI tooling in real-world workflows
Drive rigorous analysis, documentation, and reporting of evaluation outcomes
Transition into Expert Project Manager roles supporting upcoming engineering initiatives
Communicate technical and business requirements clearly to diverse stakeholders

Requirements

Strong years of experience in product or project management at top-tier technology companies, AI firms, or similar environments
Strong technical background with experience working with code agents or developer tools
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigor, and structured problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, remote, research-driven environments
