THIS IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT WITH A POTENTAIL START DATE OF FEBRUARY/MARCH 2026

Job Scope And Main Responsibilities

As a PFF Brand Marketing Intern, you will support the PFF Business Brand Manager to execute brand strategy and implement marketing activities across EssilorEssilorLuxottica PFF Brands.

Areas Of Responsibilities And Related Activities

The successful candidate will have the following accountability in the role

Examples of areas in which you will assist include, but are not limited to

ownership of the PFF Brands Distribution. Managing New doors applications and closures requests from sales reps, under guidance from the BBM. Management of the door database, ensuring full accuracy. Monthly distribution review assistance, analysis on new door openings and doors below/ above brand quotas;
assisting the execution of all events, including brand immersions, trainings, trade conferences, promotional events.
preparation and delivery of training presentations to the sales force (internal and external)
producing brand reports, include activity evaluation, distribution and segmentation analysis;
creation and management of Purchase orders for PFF activities
management of showroom organizing the samples and showroom layout, aligning with the trade marketing team to update artwork
management of incentives – suggest mechanics, forecast and order stock, ensure deliveries to showrooms
monitoring trade marketing tools ordered by each market in the region via tradeup to ensure appropriate brand coverage
proof reading and checking brand communications and material adhering to the brand guidelines;
managing the content uploads and creation of the ‘brand news’ section on SharePoint for the salesforce;
supporting amending and sending new collection presentations to internal and external stakeholders to support new releases;
weekly PR update reports to be distributed to salesforce – including a quarterly trend analysis review and assisting PR team in activities amplifying brand led activities.
assisting with adhoc bestseller reports and updating the Ideal Assortment with every new release and
downloading and managing in store photographs; market/store checks (London);
assisting with ad-hoc administration duties for the marketing department as and when required;

Technical Skills - Portrait Of a Perfect Candidate

(To apply for and be successful in this role, the candidate must

be educated to degree-level;
be proficient in Microsoft packages;
have demonstrable organizational skills;
have good spoken and written English;
have experience in marketing; and have a demonstrable interest in marketing and PFF industry.
Detail orientated, proactive and willing to run the extra mile in a dynamic environment.
