Duration: 3-Month Rolling Contract

IR35 Status: Inside IR35
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Service Designer to join a project focused on fraud-related services within the public sector. You will play a key role in designing and improving end-to-end services that meet user needs and align with government standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver user-centred services that address fraud prevention and detection.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including product managers, developers, and policy experts.
Conduct research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
Create service blueprints, journey maps, and prototypes to communicate design solutions.
Ensure services are accessible, inclusive, and meet government service standards.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Service Designer on Central Government projects.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and agile methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
