Job Specifications

Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Work Type: Hybrid (Local Atlanta candidates only)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues
Develop and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and user guides
Mentor junior developers and support team technical growth
Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry best practices
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices
Conduct code reviews and participate in design discussions
Configure and manage Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management to enhance IT operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
In-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes, workflows, and automation
Experience with ServiceNow modules including:
ITSM (IT Service Management)
CSM / PSDS (Customer Service Management)
HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS, etc.) are highly preferred
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
