We’re recruiting for Senior Product Managers here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative Legal Aid Agency Digital and Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority teams.

This role aligns against Senior Product Manager from the Government Digital and Data Framework

In Legal Aid Agency Digital we are delivering a large scale transformation, replacing legacy systems with modern, user centred digital products which are at a range of stages in the lifecycle. We aim to radically improve the experience of legal providers and legal aid agency caseworkers, increasing the efficiency and accuracy of decision making and improving access to justice for people in need of legal aid. We have a number of roles across different product spaces, ranging from build and iteration of transformed services to managing legacy services as we look towards decommissioning.

We are looking for Senior Product Managers who can connect their product spaces to our wider strategy and inspire and support teams to deliver against it effectively. Our mission is to deliver efficient, accurate, and fully digital journeys that improve outcomes for users. Through our transformation strategy and ongoing innovation, including the use of AI to drive efficiencies, we’re creating real opportunities to make a difference. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about delivering better user experiences and can shape the bigger picture.
