Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst with hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and ROBO (RPA) testing. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in testing automation workflows, data validation, and backend systems supporting critical banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for banking applications.
Perform automation testing using Python, including validation of RPA/ROBO workflows.
Write complex SQL queries to validate backend data, transactions, and reports.
Test ROBO / RPA processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business rules.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Validate end-to-end workflows across multiple systems in a banking environment.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using standard defect management tools.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality delivery.
Ensure testing activities comply with banking standards, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience as a QA Analyst in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with Python for test automation or scripting.
Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
Experience testing ROBO / RPA workflows (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar).
Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience in banking or financial services domain (highly preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
