Data Scientist

Location: Belfast (Hybrid) 2 Days/week in office

Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

We are working with a high-growth technology company as they continue to grow their analytics team in Belfast. They are seeking a Data Scientist to take on complex modelling challenges and help shape how data is used across the organisation. You’ll work on projects that directly influence product, performance and strategy with plenty of freedom to experiment and drive new ideas.

If you enjoy solving real business problems with machine learning, deploying models into production, and supporting the development of a growing team, this role offers genuine impact and progression.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and deploy predictive models that support decision-making and optimisation

• Work closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven solutions

• Explain findings and model performance to both technical and non-technical teams

• Improve modelling processes, tools, and experimentation workflows

• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to shaping team standards

What you’ll bring:

• Solid experience in applied Data Science

• Strong Python or R skills, plus solid SQL

• Experience deploying ML models into production environments

• Strong grasp of statistics, modelling, and experimentation

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
