Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will work in close collaboration with the product owner and IT squads on a freelance basis.

Please be aware this for this role the successful candidate must have a belgium residence and speak English and French.

You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 50% of the time.

Key responsibilities

Own and follow up on the delivery of features, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and business objectives
Serve as a point of contact for the features to address inquiries, gathering feedback from different stakeholders, and challenging assumptions to ensure optimal outcomes.
Ability to translate the business needs into clear business requirements for IT and OPS teams.
Organize and Lead meetings/workshops with stakeholders (business and technical) such as local Cash Management, different business lines, product architects, IT, Operations. Serve as a liaison to the business community.

Required skills

Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
English and French speaking
Good expertise in MS Office
Good understanding of IS and testing
Good understanding of work flow processes
Analytical mind - conceptual thinking
Negotiation and persuasion skills
Structured approach
Able to work independently
