Job Title: Social Creative Manager

Location: Greater Chicago IL (Hybrid)

Duration: 3+ Months

Job Description:

The Social Creative Strategist will bring to life the social media approach of assigned brands by developing and executing strategic social initiatives with efficiency and excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and other members of the social media team, gaining exposure to integrated marketing strategies and the latest in digital innovation, while supporting internal brand teams to ensure strategic consistency and cultivate strong social brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Coordination & Execution (40%)

o Coordinate and execute approved social media campaigns & community-driven initiatives across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including surprise & delight and other gifting, brand advocacy programs, and brand partnerships

o Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaign alignment with brand strategy and goals

o Coordinate timeline management and deliverable tracking for social campaigns

• Opportunity Discovery & Partnership Coordination (30%)

o Identify novel opportunities for rich consumer engagement including product gifting, surprise & delight initiatives, and creator partnerships

o Support the agile & reactive content production framework through social listening (i.e. mining comments, identifying category-relevant opportunities, competitor- & trend-jacking, etc.), strategic approach, and creative coordination in partnership with Social Content Creators

o Research, evaluate, and recommend potential brand & creator partnerships and collaboration opportunities

• Strategy Development (30%)

o Develop social media strategies for creative content, audience engagement, and platform optimization

o Create strategic recommendations for consumer engagement initiatives and social media platform opportunities

o Consult on performance analytics and reporting in collaboration with Social Media Data Analyst, managing the validation of content & audience strategies

o Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform strategic recommendations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media strategy and campaign execution

• Experience in social strategy development beyond content creation

• Experience in community management and consumer engagement initiatives

• Strong understanding of partnership coordination and creator collaboration

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and strategic best practices

• Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred)

• Excellent communication and project coordination skills

• Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Working Conditions

• Must have reliable internet access

• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on content needs or community escalations

• Travel up to 25% may be required for content capture, team collaboration, or event coverage
