Network Field Engineer
My client, a large consultancy, is in need of a Network Field Engineer for a 6 month contract inside IR35 offering some remote but requiring around 80% travel across sites in London, Staines and Bristol.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Install, configure and maintain site infrastructure including servers, networking equipment and endpoints, Identify and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues, Provide on-site and remote technical support as needed - able to travel within UK 60-80% of the time, Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, installations, and maintenance activities, Adhere to company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements during all activities, Ensure all equipment and installations comply with technical and safety guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background with infrastructure installation, cabling, comms room, power supply, Understands health and safety protocols when at site, Hands on experience with Palo Alto ION devices, Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager, Meraki networking solutions, Cisco Access Points and SolarWinds.
