We are offering you a Corporate Finance Internship Opportunity to join AESC France team to support the battery plant operation and development of a new world-class and innovative mass manufacturing Gigafactory. Key responsibilities

Assist on Cash Forecast: Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from relevant business units to prepare accurate cash forecasts; prioritize cash inflows and outflows to support effective liquidity planning and decision-making.
Support Financing Related Loan Management: Monitor and manage outstanding loans, repayment schedules, and covenant compliance; liaise with internal stakeholders and external lenders to ensure timely execution of financing activities and accurate reporting.
Prepare the Necessary Documents for Bank KYC: Coordinate and prepare all required documentation for bank KYC procedures; ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Internal Coordination for Finance Support: Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to facilitate smooth information flow, resolve financial queries, and support the implementation of financial policies, processes, and ad hoc projects.

Experience and skills

You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas).
You are able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language, and be able to work effectively in Chinese.
You will be able demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
You will be results driven with analytical capability and the ability to innovate and simplify current process and practices.
You are a team player and enjoy working in an international environment.
You have the right to work in the country you are applying for and are available to work full-time for 6 months.
