This role is brand new, we’re looking for someone with a year or two’s commercial experience as an ML Engineer (Industry Agnostic) in the UK with a UK Degree and ideally Masters - solid Python expertise with Production code - see requirements below....
You’ll work from an office in Central Manchester 3 days per week. You must have experience in a similar role.

About the role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who genuinely loves AI and wants freedom to shape how it's used. You won't be constrained by rigid processes - if there's a new technique or approach you want to try, you can test it straight away and deploy it your way.
You'll write production code daily, but also work closely with teams across the business - listening to challenges, gathering feedback, and tuning solutions to fit real needs. Communication skills matter as much as technical ability.
You'll build and extend an LLM chat system
Develop prompts, system instructions, and context management
Expanding document processing (PDF, OCR, audio transcription)

About you:
Python with Production Code experience = must
Hands on experience in LLM's and tool calling patterns
Document processing experience (PDF, OCR, or similar)
1-3 years' experience in an ML / AI or related role, in the UK
Degree and / or Masters Educated in Computer Science, Maths, Stats etc
Understanding or Pompt Engineering and context management
Industry Agnostic
