What You'll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee a complex, business-critical project within a broader program of work. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional delivery teams across multiple locations and act as a primary point of contact for a globally distributed client stakeholder group.
Your role will involve guiding the client through the complexities of business go-live for digital channels, providing clarity to both internal delivery teams and client leadership, and ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through execution.
This position requires specific experience with multi-site rollouts using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will advise both the team and the client on best practices for planning, execution, and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Project Planning & Delivery
Lead scoping, planning, and reporting of multi-site rollouts across multiple business units in global markets.
Define the critical path to achieve project objectives and proactively manage risks.
Collaborate with discipline leads and client stakeholders to align priorities and ensure clarity throughout the project.
Drive highly collaborative delivery, monitoring risks and dependencies internally and on the client side.
Provide clear, regular status reports, including dashboard-style updates for stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
Budget & Financial Management
Track and report on project financials, identifying and mitigating potential overruns.
Escalate and resolve financial issues in collaboration with senior leadership.
Resource Planning
Collaborate with resource management teams to plan staffing needs and ensure accurate forecasting.
Support client stakeholders in validating resourcing to achieve project objectives.

What You've Got

Proven experience delivering multi-site projects using Adobe AEM.
Strong track record leading complex programs across multiple time zones and locations.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, both onshore and offshore.
Ability to guide diverse client stakeholders through large-scale transformation programs.
Knowledge of business change management principles required for digital delivery.
Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong skills in defining project scope, assumptions, estimates, governance, plans, and budgets.
Deep understanding of project management and product delivery best practices.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, able to build relationships and deliver results.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all mediums.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and challenging client situations with professionalism.
