Rate: £540 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Clearance: Active SC Required
We're looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a major public sector programme. You'll work closely with design and delivery teams to ensure user needs are at the heart of service development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs
Plan and execute user testing sessions
Analyse findings and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to improve user experience
Essential Skills:
Strong experience in user research within agile environments
Familiarity with GDS standards and public sector projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Active SC clearance
