TekRek has partnered with a fast-growing firm specializing in AI enablement and data optimization. Our client works with some of the top tier technology firms in Silcom Valley. With rapid growth and strong market traction, they’re expanding their Data Science function.

Job Description

As part of the Product DS function, you will:

Drive product insights and decision-making through data, with an emphasis on structured problem solving and funnel-based analysis.
Spend ~90% of your time on product analytics (SQL-driven insights, conceptual statistics, storytelling, stakeholder alignment).
Support new product pipeline initiatives (~10%), including early analysis and opportunity sizing.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to frame ambiguous problems, debug unexpected results, and guide decisions with structured frameworks.

Job Requirements

Programming: Strong SQL required; Python familiarity helpful (basic scripting, not advanced ML).
Statistics: Conceptual understanding of probability and statistical reasoning; able to apply to real-world problems.
Consulting Skills: Management consulting-style frameworks (MECE), market sizing, structured problem solving, and effective storytelling through slides.
Technical Environment: Comfortable working with terminal environments and independently navigating documentation.
