Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

Developing and optimizing technical processes, in accordance with ServiceNow platform best practices;

Supporting clients in their technical choices regarding various ServiceNow modules;

Optimizing operational processes, assessing their maturity, and identifying and evaluating efficiency gains;

Mentoring, training, and developing the skills of junior developers;

Supervising projects: quality, adherence to deadlines, and coordination

Profile:

You have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform in terms of architecture and technical implementation;

You have practical experience implementing ServiceNow products in one or more modules (ITSM, HR, CSM);

You have experience with distributed models, agile methodologies, and fixed-price projects;

You are able to configure the ServiceNow platform;

You enjoy contributing to stimulating technical projects in a team-oriented and supportive environment.
