Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Admin / Developer with 5–6 years of experience to support ongoing Salesforce initiatives for Healthcare (Health Cloud) and Non-Profit implementations. This is a role requiring hands-on configuration, light development, and close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and Page Layouts
Support and enhance Health Cloud and/or Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) implementations
Perform basic development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce as needed
Manage user access, security, profiles, permission sets, and data sharing
Handle data imports, exports, and data quality activities
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely fixes
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Support integrations and third-party apps (where applicable)
Provide documentation, user support, and best-practice recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience as Admin/Developer
Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Non-Profit Cloud (NPSP)
Proficiency in Flows, Automation, Security Model, and Reports/Dashboards
Working knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, or Health Cloud)
Experience with data compliance and governance (HIPAA exposure is a plus)
Prior experience in Healthcare or Non-Profit organizations in the US
