The Role

We’re hiring a Paid Social Marketing Assistant to support the delivery and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta (Instagram + Facebook) and TikTok, working closely with senior team members.

This role is ideal for someone early in their performance marketing career who wants:

Develop into a confident paid social specialist with strong commercial awareness
Develop client facing, reporting and account management skills
To learn how to scale eCommerce brands profitably via paid social execution

You’ll be part of a fast-moving team where you get exposure across strategy, creative testing, execution, reporting and client communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Setup and Execution (Meta Focus + TikTok)

Build and launch flawless, accurate ads across different objectives (conversion, traffic, awareness)
Assist with writing ad copy and ensuring the ads feel performance-led but brand-aligned

Optimisation & Performance Analysis

Monitor daily performance and help identify opportunities to improve results e.g. Budget re-allocation, creative/ audience testing
Support optimisations with the help of your account manager
Track core metrics and understand what they mean commercially

Creative Testing & Coordination

Help plan and coordinate creative testing alongside senior team members
Support the process of: briefing creative needs, organising assets, tracking results, feeding learnings back into future campaigns.
Spot patterns in what performs across hooks, content pillars, formats, offers

Reporting & Insights

Support weekly/monthly reporting with performance summaries
Help turn data into insights, what worked, what didn’t, what we’ll try next
Assist in building client-facing decks that are clear, well structured and on-brand

Client Communication & Account Support

Support the day-to-day running of client accounts (timelines, updates, delivery)
Join client calls and internal performance reviews
Take clear notes and follow up on next actions and requests
Learn how to communicate in a way that builds trust and confidence

Measurement & Analytics 

Help investigate performance using GA4 and platform reporting
Build confidence using reporting tools including Looker Studio

Supporting Bravada’s Growth (Marketing + Ops)

Support website updates, Linkedin content and blog writing
Assist with agency operations reporting including budget tracking, reporting and time tracking

What Success Looks Like in This Role

You’ll be supported closely, but we do expect you to take ownership quickly.

Within the first 3–6 months, you’ll be able to:

Confidently build and optimise campaigns with increasing independence
Explain account performance changes clearly using data
Produce reporting that’s client-ready and actionable
Manage your workload across multiple clients and priorities without dropping the ball

What We’re looking for:

Someone who is genuinely excited by paid social and stay curious about what’s changing in the industry
A basic understanding of performance marketing + the eCommerce landscape
Someone organised, detail oriented, proactive and able to manage competing priorities under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working with clients and stakeholders
Some experience 1-2 years (or strong interest) in Meta, TikTok or Google Ads
