We Engage is a global consulting firm specializing in implementing transition programs aimed at improving Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) across various industries. Role Description

This is an independent contracting role for several Consultant Change Management Coordinators and Management Trainers, based on-site at four (4) different manufacturing sites in France over 18-19 weeks. The roles require coordinating change programs at multiple manufacturing sites, and delivering training & education sessions designed to enhance organizational efficiency and performance. The candidates will collaborate closely with French client teams, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and support the measurement of financial and operational improvements. We are seeking French nationals (French passport holders) who have a solid command of verbal English.

Qualifications

Strong experience in manufacturing, packaging, mining, oil & gas would be highly regarded
Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Exceptional communication capabilities for presenting findings, collaborating with teams, and delivering training sessions effectively.
Project Management skills to ensure timely implementation of change initiatives and meet program objectives.
Experience with IT Service Management tools and frameworks to support process optimization and operational efficiency.
Management Trainers should have proven ability to deliver impactful training sessions that build skills and align teams with program goals.
Proficiency in written and verbal French as well as verbal English are required.
A high degree of organizational skills, adaptability, and a client-focused mindset.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
Relevant certifications in project management, change management, or IT service management are a plus.
