Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Agentforce and AI-driven automation experience to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a solid Salesforce development background and hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentforce-powered conversational workflows and intelligent automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, requiring onsite collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy Agentforce agents to automate business processes and enhance user and customer interactions
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex, and external systems via APIs
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Optimize AI-driven workflows for accuracy, performance, and security
Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using CI/CD best practices
Ensure solutions align with Salesforce governance, security, and best practices
Provide technical documentation and support during UAT and production rollout

Required Qualifications

4+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong 1+ year hands-on experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP)
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to work onsite in San Francisco (hybrid model)
