Job Description:

This position reports to the Social Media Manager. The successful candidate will support our social media presence, ensuring timely execution of partner posts, overseeing account performance, and providing excellent customer support. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to tackle routine tasks efficiently. A large portion of the role is dedicated to tasks similar to customer support and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead strategies to enhance consumer engagement and drive growth.
Monitor and analyze social media performance.
Manually review social media accounts daily to identify opportunities for improvement.
Create new social media accounts and set up corresponding graphics as needed.
Ensure the timely and accurate execution of posts from our partners.
Provide front-line support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements:

In person, 5 days a week.
Proven ability to perform detailed, repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of initiative.
Basic experience with Meta products and other social media platforms is a plus.
Willingness to undergo training and develop new skills.
Strong communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
