Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bedford, NS, for a Business Development Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting JAN-PRO’s services. Daily tasks include analyzing client needs, creating tailored solutions, and supporting the sales team to meet and exceed business growth objectives. Strong communication and customer service skills are key to achieving success in this role.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to assess data and create effective business strategies
Excellent communication skills to build relationships and present information clearly
Proven ability in lead generation and market research to identify new business opportunities
Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and understanding client needs
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with business development tools and software is an asset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a business development or sales-related role is advantageous
