Corporate Events Manager (SMB) – 1-Year Contract

Location: Broomfield, Colorado, USA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

Job Overview:

Are you passionate about creating impactful events that drive engagement and deliver measurable ROI? We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Events Manager to join our team and lead the planning and execution of internal and external channel events for our SMB segment.

What You’ll Do

Plan and execute virtual and in-person events (webinars, roundtables, trade shows) that generate 200+ qualified leads per quarter and achieve a minimum 3:1 ROI.
Manage all event logistics, budgets, timelines, and task assignments.
Coordinate marketing deliverables using project management tools like Trello or Monday.com.
Review contracts and sponsorship kits to ensure compliance with company protocols.
Create detailed event guides and communication plans for seamless execution.
Oversee on-site staff and vendor relationships.
Manage swag inventory and event shipments.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5–8 years in event planning/trade show management.
Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Trello/Monday.com is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 10% and work in-office 1–3 days/week.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for event setup.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
