Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in London for an Information Management Specialist. The role involves managing organizational records and digital documentation, streamlining file management processes, and maintaining information systems to ensure data integrity and security. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to support business operations, optimize information workflows, and implement best practices for records and document management policies.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Information Management and Records Management.
Experience with Document Management and Information Technology systems.
Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret and organize data effectively.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of data security practices and compliance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in similar roles within a digital or technology-driven company is advantageous.
Proficiency in using document management tools and database applications is a plus.
