Proven leadership skills, including mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices to support creator workflows, brand integrations, and platform features.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and talent teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with Pearpop’s creator-centric vision.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability by leveraging cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS.
Implement advanced security protocols, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption, to safeguard platform data.
Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and enforce best practices to ensure high-quality code and maintainability.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across front-end and back-end systems to ensure platform stability.
Contribute to infrastructure and deployment pipelines, including CI/CD, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
