Our growth is driving us to strengthen our People team to structure and elevate our internal communication strategy in line with Scaleway’s business priorities.

Your mission will be to design and deploy a global internal communication plan, acting as a key link between leadership, managers, and Scalers, in order to improve information flow, engagement, and alignment across the company.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will be part of the People team, working specifically on internal engagement initiatives and organizational transparency.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

Define and execute the internal communication strategy to keep Scalers informed and engaged
Act as a strategic link between leadership, managers, HR, and Scalers to ensure clear, consistent messaging
Lead internal communication plans across all channels (Slack, newsletters, internal events, All Hands)
Organize and manage internal events, such as All-Hands meetings and team-building sessions
Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR to strengthen employee engagement and external reputation
Oversee content creation (editorial, digital, video, presentations, Linkedin) highlighting culture, people, and key initiatives
Define and monitor KPIs (engagement, NPS, open rates, participation) and continuously improve communication impact

About You
HARDSKILLS:

5+ years of experience in internal communication, corporate communication, or employer branding (tech environment preferred)
Proven experience managing global / 360° internal communication projects
Strong editorial and storytelling skills with a high standard of writing quality in both English and French
Strong content creation capabilities (editorial, digital, multimedia, presentations)
Solid understanding of communication performance metrics and analytics
Proficiency in internal communication platforms and digital tools
Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and measuring communication impact

SOFT SKILLS:

Ability to synthesize complex topics into clear and engaging messages
Strong interpersonal intelligence, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders at all levels
Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
