Customer Data Platform Admin with experience in Integrated Marketing Platforms
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Administrator with strong experience in managing and administering integrated marketing platforms like AWS/ Azure and GCP. An ideal candidate would also have experience working on Martech platforms like Treasure Data, Unica and related Martech solutions. The candidate would bring deep expertise in platform administration, user support, system integrations, and day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring that our marketing systems run seamlessly to support business goals.
This role requires both technical administration skills and a strong understanding of marketing workflows, enabling close collaboration with marketing, analytics, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration
• Administer and maintain integrated marketing platforms (Treasure Data).
• Configure campaigns, workflows, and audience segmentation modules.
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Oversee user access management, license provisioning, and security controls.
Operational & Support Activities
• Perform routine monitoring, health checks, and system performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve issues, and coordinate with vendor support as needed.
• Setup Network Connectivity, SSO, LDAP configuration.
• Maintain platform documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for recurring tasks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy, and security standards.
Integration & Collaboration
• Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, DataOps, IT, Analytics) to support end-to-end campaign execution.
• Manage integrations with CRM, CDP, data lakes, and reporting tools.
• Provide training and support to business users and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization.
• Recommend best practices for optimizing platform utilization.
• Support new feature evaluation and adoption.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in administering marketing automation and campaign management platforms.
• 5–8 years of Strong hands-on expertise with Treasure Data, OR experience with IBM Unica, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar is a plus).
• 5–8 years of Solid knowledge of SQL, data models, and APIs for integration and data troubleshooting.
• 5–8 years of Familiarity with ETL workflows, data lakes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 5–8 years of Experience in admin tasks such as access management, patching, upgrades, and monitoring.
• 5–8 years of Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead small projects or initiatives.
