*** Interim Associate Director, Marketing – UK & Ireland - 12 Month Contract - Fully Remote ***

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven marketing leader to join us on an interim basis, leading the UK & Ireland Haematology Brand Team and driving the successful launch and growth of our portfolio across multiple indications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the haematology brand strategy, ensuring strong launch execution and long-term commercial success.
Provide cross-functional leadership to drive performance across a complex matrix environment.
Develop and deliver clear marketing and omnichannel plans informed by customer insight and market data.
Partner with Business Analytics to shape forecasts, KPIs, and commercial decision-making.
Own brand plans, tactical programmes, and marketing budgets, ensuring delivery against financial targets.
Build trusted relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
Align local execution with regional and global strategies.
Champion patient-centric decision making while ensuring full compliance with GxP and local regulations.
Represent the organisation at key industry meetings and conferences.

Skills & Experience

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
Demonstrated success in delivering commercial results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree advantageous.
8+ years’ pharmaceutical commercial experience.
Haematology experience preferred; UK & Ireland launch experience is a strong advantage.
