Copilot Implementation Manager - 9 Month Contract - Fully Remote
Role Overview
The Copilot Implementation Manager leads the end-to-end deployment, adoption, and optimization of Copilot solutions across the organization. This role combines project leadership, technical expertise, and change management capabilities to ensure successful implementation, strong user engagement, and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate brings a balance of project management experience, knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Oversee the complete life cycle of Copilot implementation projects, from initial planning and readiness assessments through deployment, stabilization, and optimization.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, vendors, and partners.
Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technical requirements.
Requirements Gathering & Planning
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define success criteria, and translate requirements into actionable implementation plans.
Technical Implementation & Governance
Assess organizational readiness for Copilot deployment.
Evaluate data security, privacy, and governance requirements.
Establish and implement appropriate controls, policies, and compliance measures.
Change Management & Adoption
Design and execute change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption initiatives.
Drive engagement and maximize the effective use of Copilot solutions.
Risk Management
Identify potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles.
Develop mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track project milestones, adoption metrics, and usage data.
Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
Collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and implement enhancements for future implementation phases.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of three years' experience managing technology implementation projects, preferably involving SaaS or AI-enabled solutions.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-powered productivity tools.
Proven experience in change management and user adoption initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Project management certification (eg, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is advantageous.
Professional English proficiency in an international business environment (minimum CEFR B2, IELTS 6.5, or equivalent preferred).
