My client is looking for a Salesforce Architect
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to take full ownership of our Salesforce platform and lead its transformation. After years of organic growth without dedicated architectural oversight, the environment now requires consolidation, simplification, and strategic direction.
This role focuses on stabilising the current setup, modernising automation, improving data integrity, and introducing governance to support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a full review of the existing Salesforce org and identify risks, inefficiencies, and technical debt.
Redesign data structures and streamline automation using modern Flow best practices.
Replace Legacy processes with efficient, reliable solutions aligned to business operations.
Strengthen data quality, security configuration, and permission frameworks.
Implement structured governance and release management processes.
Experience Required
5-10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
Proven success in rebuilding or remediating complex Salesforce environments.
Strong expertise in Flows, data modelling, security architecture, integrations, and declarative configuration.
Ability to troubleshoot Apex (development skills beneficial).
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Background in introducing governance and change management practices.
Certifications (Desirable)
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator
Architect-level certifications (Application, System, Integration, or Data Architect)
