Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in the Greater Leicester Area. The Marketing Manager will oversee the strategic marketing trading plan while creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns and communications to align with wider company goals. This role involves collaborating closely with different departments and stakeholders to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. Additional responsibilities include team management, identifying market trends, optimising customer engagement strategies, and managing the marketing budget effectively.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in managing a Marketing Team & Brand Management

Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Marketing
Knowledge of the HVAC sector or B2B environment is beneficial but not essential
Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Creation
Proficiency in Marketing & Miscrosoft

Ability to manage deadlines and budgets
