Your role at Arval

Understanding and overseeing the entire end-to-end EOC (end of contract) logistics process, from requests to the organisation and follow-up of transport, inspections, expert appraisals, and damage and contract settlements.
Responsibility for the execution of these logistics phases and processes (transport, inspection, EOC)
Processing and execution of logistics tasks relating to release, as well as helping to find ways to optimise processes.
Execution and/or checking of every step in the process and ensuring correct communication to all parties involved
Follow-up and anticipation of complaints that may arise during the process. Provision of feedback to the person concerned if actions are required. Handling of administrative processing of complaints in the system so the relevant colleagues can resolve it.

Your Skills

Ability to think at Bachelor level
Very good knowledge of Dutch and French plus knowledge of English
Initial work experience is a plus
Precise & able to cope with stress
Empowered with a sense of responsibility
Pragmatic & problem-solving mindset
Interest in the automotive & logistics sector and mobility solutions
Customer focus so as to be able to offer flawless service to both your internal and external stakeholders (customers & drivers)
Fluent communication with the different logistics partners so as to guarantee the right service expectations
Result-oriented, both individually and in teams in order to achieve personal and team objectives
Able to plan and prioritise your workload in a planned and balanced manner
A dynamic personality who can communicate both internally and externally
You are someone who values respect, helpfulness and open communication
Able to work competently with different platforms and tools
