Guest Services Internship
Ideal Majors: Event Planning, Public Relations, Hospitality, Business, Marketing
In this role, you’ll gain experience in ticketing, group sales, special event support, and frontline guest service. Interns help with daily Admissions operations and ensure visitors have a smooth, enjoyable experience.
Operations Training & Audit Internship
Ideal Majors: Management, Education, Hospitality, Business
You’ll help deliver orientation for new hires, assist with training initiatives, and conduct service audits to ensure operational standards are met. This internship also includes administrative support and document organization.
Operations Management Internship
Ideal Majors: Management, Operations Management, Business, Hospitality
Develop your leadership skills by supervising a team within one of our operational departments. Interns gain direct experience managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and coordinating resources. Departments may include Admissions, Aquatics, Park Services, or Ride Operations.
