Sr. I.T. Analyst

We're seeking a Sr. I.T. Analyst for a full time/permanent position with a company based in Mississauga, very close to the airport.

This is an in-office position, 5 days per week.

The office is in Mississauga, very close to the airport.

Desire skills & responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Managing and maintaining Office 365 Admin Portal
Managing and maintaining Atlassian JIRA Cloud
Managing and maintaining SQL Databases
1st/2nd line support

"Nice to have" experience:

CCNA certification
Microsoft Azure Sentinel
Hyper-V and virtualization
Incident management
TCP/IP networking
Network services such as HTTP(S), TLS, DNS, SSH, SFTP, and VPN protocols (OpenVPN, L2TP, IPsec, etc.)
LAN/WAN network architecture and security
Network security principles and firewalling

Job duties:

Responsibility for supporting and maintaining the company's IT systems and for providing efficient desktop support to all business users
The department is responsible for resolving any IT-related faults quickly and efficiently
Identify on-going improvements to existing business systems
Escalating IT issues to the IT manager where necessary
Installing authorized software to laptops and desktops
Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops, and laptops
Troubleshoot network issues
Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner

Salary range - $75,000 - $85,000

+Bonus
