What will you be doing?
Design, develop, and maintain applications to support business operations
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Optimize and troubleshoot existing codebases and database queries for performance and scalability
Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and data integrity
Document technical specifications and system architecture
Learn and adapt to changes in requirements from the business
What are the minimum qualifications?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline
4+ years of experience in software development
Strong experience with C#, .NET, and SQL
Understanding of Object‐Oriented Programming and design patterns
Knowledge of relational database design and development, with SQL Server
Understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and system integrations
Excellent problem‐solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
What will make your résumé stand out?
Experience working in financial investment or financial services
Familiarity with APIs, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
AWS or other cloud environments
Location: Hybrid in Fort Worth, Texas. Work remotely on Monday and Friday, and 100% remote for 6 designated weeks
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Salary: 120k – 140k + Bonus Plan (10-20%), 401K Plan is ~10% company contributed. Lunch paid by firm, $75/month mobile reimbursement, Gym Fee, Free Parking
