5+ years Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) implementations
Experience with STIBO STEP platform OR similar MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, etc.)
Strong Data Management systems experience (enterprise data initiatives)
Experience defining and implementing Data Governance frameworks
Background in Data Modeling (logical & conceptual models)
Experience with Data Quality rules, validation, and remediation processes
Integration experience between MDM platforms and ERP/CRM systems
Retail industry experience (product, customer, or supplier master data)
Strong requirements gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, stakeholder workshop facilitation
