We're seeking RQ10502 - Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior for the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. This onsite role at 125 Sir William Hearst Ave., Toronto leads testing efforts for Siebel RLSO/ESDI, Licensing Control System (LCS), legacy mainframe, payment gateways (MPG/EPS), and Azure cloud applications across 254 business days + 134 extension.

Position Details

Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement

Location: 125 Sir William Hearst Ave., M3M 0B4, Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)

Start Date: April 1, 2026

End Date: March 31, 2027 (+134 extension)

Duration: 254 business days

Hours: 7.25 hours per day

Security Level: No Clearance Required

Deadline: Monday, February 23, 2026, 12:30 PM EST (ACTIVE)

Must Haves

10+ years process/planning/organizing testing efforts
Test management tools (Azure DevOps, Microfocus ALM 12.5)
Waterfall/Agile/DevOps SDLC; Microsoft Azure cloud testing

Skill Weights

Testing (55%): Test strategy/plans/cases execution; AODA compliance audits (AXE/WAVE); SDLC knowledge

Technical Skills (40%): Siebel RLSO/ESDI; LCS/mainframe; MPG/EPS payments; ReadyAPI/web services/API/OPA/Java; IMS/DB2/SQL/Oracle/UNIX/.NET
