I'm working with an enterprise AI company that’s quietly become a category leader in automating high-volume, mission-critical workflows across housing and healthcare.

They just closed a $250M Series E from top-tier investors and doubled their valuation to $1B+ in the past year. Now they’re aggressively scaling Applied Research as they push conversational + predictive AI deeper into real-world operations, building systems that actually change how essential services run.

They’re hiring a Research Scientist reporting directly to the Head of Applied Research (Cornell Theoretical & Mathematical Physics PhD).

You’d:

• Build and iterate on applied ML that directly improves production systems (quality, reliability, measurable outcomes)

• Design predictive + decision models powering next-gen conversational AI in complex operational environments

• Run rigorous experimentation (offline + online) and translate research into shipped product wins

• Work hands-on with frontier LLMs and generative AI on large-scale, real-world datasets
