We are working with an innovative client at the forefront of quantum computing and seeking an experienced Software Team Lead to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and shape the future of computing.

Role Overview: As a Software Team Lead, you will guide a talented group of engineers working on groundbreaking technologies. You will play a key role in designing and implementing software systems that will power next-generation computing. This is a leadership position with high impact, where your decisions will help shape the future of the product and team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external teams across different domains to ensure seamless integration of technology.
Help define and drive the long-term vision for the software stack, ensuring its scalability to meet future challenges.
Foster a positive and productive team culture, focused on growth, collaboration, and achieving results.
Lead the team through complex software challenges while ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 8+ years in software development, including at least 4 years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Python and modern software architecture. Experience building scalable and maintainable systems.
Quantum Technologies: Exposure to quantum computing or quantum-adjacent technologies is a strong advantage.
Leadership: Proven track record in leading teams, setting goals, and driving results while fostering team growth.
Communication: Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Education: A background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related field is preferred.
