thexton armstrong is seeking a senior French business leader or former CEO to become our Regional Managing Director / Principle Partner for France, responsible for launching and scaling our national presence.
This is a master franchise, principal-led ownership role, not employment.

We already operate successfully in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom and are open to expand our proven model into France later this year.
Your opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to build and lead your own consultancy business while being part of an established and supportive international system. As Regional Managing Director, you will acquire exclusive regional rights for France and play a key role in expanding our brand and supporting franchise partners across the country.
This is a leadership role for those who have already decided to become entrepreneurs themselves but don’t want to do it alone nor reinvent the wheel.
What you will do
Launch and lead the French operation under the thexton armstrong brand.
Recruit, mentor, and support a network of business consultants across your region.
Translate our academy-, client- and marketing materials to suit the French market
Drive SME transformation – helping SME business owners unlock growth, performance, and long-term value.
Develop and execute local business strategies – including marketing, brand awareness, and network development.

Who we're looking for
This opportunity is well suited to:
Former CEOs, Managing Directors, or senior executives
Business owners who have exited or are transitioning
Leaders with deep commercial judgement and board-level credibility
You will typically bring:
15–25+ years in senior leadership or ownership roles
Strong strategic and commercial acumen
Experience with franchise
Experience working with boards, shareholders, and founders
Resilience to stay composed under pressure and thrive on challenges
The ability to coach, challenge, and support other senior leaders
A genuine interest in the French SME sector
Key competencies
Strategic and commercial acumen with a long-term vision.
Entrepreneurial drive and ambition to build a business.
Leadership and mentoring skills – able to inspire and develop others.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business owners and decision-makers.
Fluency in French and good command of English for international collaboration.
